Stages of Making - 2 Simple steps

1. Chopping Bananas and tomatoes

Chop bananas and tomatoes into 1 cm cubes and place them in a large salad bowl

2. Add seasoning and mix

Add black salt, Himalayan pink salt, raw sugar, Roasted cumin powder to banana and tomatoes in the bowl and mix.

How ripe should banana be?

Bananas that are ripe with slight toughness to them are great for this salad. Overripe bananas will get mushy.

Any type of tomato goes perfect in this salad. Be it truss tomatoes, roma tomatoes, or cherry tomatoes.

Can the salad be made ahead of time?

Bananas if cut ahead of time and left out to sit, will oxides and turn brown. The salad won't look appealing. Plus this is the easiest and quickest salad to make. It takes merely 5 minutes to put it together. So best to make it just before serving.

Final result

Toss bananas and tomatoes with a sprinkle of seasoning, the salad is ready. Can't get any easier and tastier than this.

Look at the contrasting colour and ravishing juiciness. This salad will surely be the talk of the town.
